The test can also be taken online under the following conditions:
The challenge test consists of 9 different exercises, each of which has 1 minute to complete, and the length of the break between exercises can be a maximum of 7 seconds.
Exercises:

1. Plank on the elbows
2. Plank on outstretched arms
3rd and 4th Side plank on elbow/outstretched arm
5. Tyson push-ups (at least 17 times in 1 minute)
6. Reverse plank
7. Twisting (at least 17 times in 1 minute)
8. Burpee (at least 17 times in 1 minute)
9. Exercise 'chair' leaning against the wall with your back

All test takers will receive a corresponding KTT badge and certificate.

TRAILRUNNING Badge

The test can also be taken online under the following conditions:
Introducing the Challenge and Trophy - the TRAIL RUNNING badge.
This is a badge for participation in ITRA classification competitions.
To get the badge you need to:

1. Select a competition from the ITRA calendar and register.
2. Take part, finish.
3. Complete your badge application.
4. Pay for participation in the challenge.

All test takers will receive a corresponding TRAILRUNNING Badge and certificate.
